Thanks for the reply. You are going to have to excuse me as I am not that computer savy.
1.They are both upgrades and and have automatic updates turned on.
2.Both computers only have one account, so I'm assuming they are admin accounts.
3.They were both setup at time of installation.
5.PC #2 will not even let me look at the files.

8.I'm honestly not sure, I'm pretty sure it is the correct folder.

10.At first I tried just the root folder I needed, still didnt let me in, so I decided to go all the way up the chain.
11.I honestly don't even know about that one.
