Hi

I recently purchased a hard drive cleaner called DriveErase Pro, I received a boot disc to completely wipe all the files on the drive and another disc for installation and to run from desktop. I wanted to use the boot disc to erase all my data but when i get to a certain point where it asks me what drive i want to erase it gives me the following message "E000101F4: Drive Erase Pro has not found any hard disk drives" I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem and how to get the DriveErase pro to detect my hard disk drive. Ive tried using both the boot disc and the disc used to run the software from the desktop but i get the same message every time.
