We are pretty much a laughing stock of the International Community. If it wasn't for our brute strength we would be doomed. We also believe our own governemts propaganda (Bull Crap). Living in American is like a reality T.V. show on steroids. I still have faith that things will turn around for better. Just thought I would throw that out there....
I live in England and I think you hit the nail on the head here, this is the wider view of the international community (not so much mine) and it's no good people saying that America will win the war on terror alone because it won't, (not while iran is funding it), it needs the international community as one to make a difference.

Being honest, I don't really know the ins and outs of American politics, so I suppose I would vote Democrat being a labour supporter here.

I have always voted Labour over here as they seemed to be the better party for the country, (£5.85/hour minimum wage, ($10 ish), NHS etc, but come 2010 when we can vote, I'm going to have to have a really hard think as to who I vote for.

I don't really have an opinion of George Bush as long as he doesn't prevoke Iran or we are all in the s**t but I do think that it is time for a change and it is good that you have a fixed term limit for presidents, as there is none of that here, but over here for years there was only one party to vote for and that was labour.

But whoever you have as the next president, Obama, Clinton, McCain, Romney etc they need to get a grip of the gun problem over there, It's terrible to see all these people on the news being needlessly killed.

Just thought I'd air my views, not living in America and all that,

Ben
