Hi Erick,
Do I understand you correctly that you have these 2 HD on different IDE cables? These drives should be connected on the same IDE cable (Primary). The 6GB jumper set to master and at the end of the Primary IDE cable. The 10GB jumper set as slave and in the middle of the Primary IDE cable. If this is not your setup, then adjust it accordingly. Then see if you can see it in Disk management.
