Quick tutorial:

1) Unplug the computer from the wall socket and ground yourself always when in that case.

2) There is a jumper that you need to change from pins 1 & 2, to pins 2 & 3. Let it set a few minutes and then return it like it was. (check manual for location)

3) Another method, remove the motherboard battery for a few minutes and return it exactly like it was.

4) Plug her back in and see if it comes up O.K.

Note: This will do it for most of the motherboards and you can use either method.
