try this:
Click
Start =>
Run, type in
CMD, press
OK.
Copy and paste this into the Command prompt:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Press
Enter
Then copy and paste this in:
netsh int ip reset reset.log
Press
Enter.
When finished restart your computer.
