I am unable to run the ComboFix. After closing down all program and disabling antivirus/spyware, etc. I double click on the icon then click run. A screen then appears stating NIRCMD.com is not a valid Win32 application. After clicking the OK button another screen appears which states Windows cannot open this file: NIRCMD.cfexe To open this file, Windows needs to know what program to run it with. I am unable to remove this screen. Another screen is also open. Instead of: Please wait-ComboFix is preparing to run, it states: Access denied. ComboFix is preparing to run.

Please advise
