Hi -

It does look to me from other entries in the log that RC was installed.

Let's perform this quick check

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Save this as peek.bat Choose to "Save type as - All Files"
It should look like this:
Double click on peek.bat & allow it to run. A notepad file will open. Post the contents of that file in your next reply, and close the file.


Also, please don't wrap your logs in [code] tags. It makes them more difficult for me to review.
