In a situation like this you have to try other memory, gfx card, hard drive etc - do you know anyone with these things who you can swap with - I know its a pain but you could also rebuild it making sure all plugs and memory etc are seated correctly.
If you swap memory, psu, gfx card, hard drive and finally processor and you still have the problem then it would have to be the motherboard - not easy but the only way to do it in my opinion....
