Arrow Need help finding the problem

For the past 2 weeks i havnt had a PC, i sent my motherboard off to be replaced because the memory controller died.
Ive also replaced RAM and the CPU.
All my games continue to crash as they did before however windows does not. Ive ran memtest and found 5 errors (on new RAM that are 2 days old), just to be sure i took them out and went to a friends house and ran the memtest there, no errors.........
This is really frustrating its like a have some sort of jinx. Ive tested all my HDD's and they all come back fine.
Ive also noticed that the motherboard constantly insists on having my RAM volts on 2.0v, even tho they are on a 5/5/5/15 @ 1.8v settings
They can support 4/4/4/12 @ 1.9-2.1v but i dont want those timmings yet as i want to sort out this problem.

Do you think they only replaced the faulty motherboard component when i asked them for a brand new one and just sent it back to me?

Specs on the left..
