Its seems maybe your ACPI power driver corrupted. It might be the case. Try to uninstall the ACPI driver and restart the computer. See whether that resolves your issue.
p/s:
You can uninstall the ACPI driver by right click on My Computer, click on Properties. Click on Hardware tab, then click on Device Manager. Now, press the plus sign beside the System Devices. Right click on ACPI Fixed Feature, choose Uninstall. Then, restart
If it does not work, we might need to update the chipset driver and see whether that work
