Apologies for not replying more quickly, I've been away on business and haven't had time to do these final steps until now.

I've just kicked off a scan to make sure the little bugger has gone once and for all....I'll post again when the scans completed to let you know...I just didn't want you to think I'd done what you asked and just left without reporting back in. :)
