Hi! I'm A New Member And Have Never Done This Before. I Have A Toshiba Laptop Purchased Last February. About A Month Ago I Upgraded The Memory And Since Have Been Getting A Gray, Startup Problem Message Sometimes When I Turn It On. Has Anyone Else Had This Problem And Have Any Solutions. Thanks.
