Please print out or copy this page to Notepad in order to assist you when carrying out the following instructions.

P2P

P2P - I see you have P2P software BearShare installed on your machine. We are not here to pass judgment on file-sharing as a concept. However, we will warn you that engaging in this activity and having this kind of software installed on your machine will always make you more susceptible to re-infections. It may be contributing to your current situation. This page will give you further information.

======================

Download Combofix from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop.

Link 3

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**Do not run just yet, we will shortly

====================

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

===========================

1. Disconnect from the internet.

2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

When finished, it will produce a report for you at C:\ComboFix.txt. I'll need to see that in your next reply, along with a new HijackThis log.

========================

Open HijackThis and click on 'Do a System Scan and save a Logfile'. Save the log file and post it here.
