Re: Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000
Hello Monty Python,
Apologies for the sarcasm, but I've lost my patience and am so frustrated. Computers should not be this difficult. I am very disappointed in Vista. So much so, that I have basically moved everything to my desktop (Windows) and am planning on wiping the Vista off and re-installing Windows XP on the laptop. I'll have to do this with my own money as Microsoft has not returned my email to them about helping me replace Vista (as they have done for others who bought laptops - mine came only with Vista and no choice was offered at the time).
Mouse is working (on another port) but error window keeps coming up with aforementioned 3 choices that I dare not click on, so I just cancel out of the window every time.
The final straw came when I was typing in Word and the cursor would suddenly jump to another sentence. Sensitivity? I looked on mouse help screen and lowered everything and it still happened. That's it! I cannot afford this. I'm done with Vista.
Am even considering for the first time in 25 years (yes, I started on computers back in 1980) of buying a MacIntosh! Another Vista user goes over to the dark side.
By the way. If Daj had used full sentences his help would not have been so cryptic. I did not do as he said because of that. Am terrified to erase anything without better explanation. Sorry, but good communication requires clarity.
