Try clearing your cookies, i have just tried the link and the online scanner button is there.
Clear IE6 cookies
*Open IE and click Tools
*Click on Internet Options
*Click on General Tab
*Click on Delte Temp Files & Cookies buttons.
Also keep off the internet as much as possible as you have no AV installed.
