We can't work with what you've posted.

1. Your version of HijackThis is terribly outdated. Uninstall it and download HijackThis 2.02 to your desktop.
  • Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
  • Click on the "Install" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
  • Upon install, HijackThis should open for you. Close it--do not run a scan.

2. Next, kindly follow the instructions in our sticky topic (Updated!) IMPORTANT - Read This Before Posting A Log If you have any difficulty with any of the steps, move on to the next one. Be sure to reach Step 5 and post the requested logs in your next reply.


**Please note this section of the forum is very busy, so please familiarize yourself with the Bumping Rules also found in Step 5 of our sticky topic mentioned above. One of our Analysts will review your log as soon as possible.
