Re: model number of HDD - The info I gave you, I got from a WDC website search - but the actual hard drive reads differently:
MDL: WD2000JB-53EVA0
Date: 15 Dec 2003
DCM: HSBHCVJAA
Product of Malaysia
IDE first set # 2061-001179
Firmware (I think) WM AEH 244 1730
