I have no personal experience on this particular error, but similar ones, yes.
With any luck you might be able to "kickstart" your PC.
1)Check the IDE cable(s) in HD & MB.
If that didn't work:
2)Tap the bottom of your HDD on the point where the cable connects with your fingers.
Give it a few taps, use as much force as you like (hey, what have you gotta lose, right?)
If that didn't work:
3)Manually slightly press down/up the cable & see if PC boots.
If that didn't work:
4)Cry for mama, as i'm out of ideas.
