OS: both Xp and Vista

Transfer of old HDD to new PC

Hi Guys.

I am completely new to this game so please be patient with me.

I have recently purchased a new PC and have loaded it with Vista Home Premium.32 Bit (I tried the 64 but not enough support from others)

As I have several items that are not supported by Vista I would like to transfer my old HDD to the new PC complete with the XP OS to run as a second hard drive

The new PC has an ASUS P5N-E SLI Motherboard, an Intel Quad core CPU,A 500GB Sata HDD and 4GB of RAM.

The old HDD is not Sata but the MB has provision to fit it.

Can this be done leaving all the data on my old HDD and secondly can I run 2 HDDs with different OS's on them
