CPU fan for A7V400-MX mobo

Hello all,

I have an Athlon XP 2400+ mounted on an Asus A7V400-MX mobo. I would like to install a larger than stock cooler setup on the CPU but the CPU socket is right about to the edge of the mobo and there is not much space between the socket/mobo edge and the power supply - maybe 1/2 inch. On top of that, the CPU cooler hold-downs on the socket itself are situated top-to-bottom instead of front-to-back meaning the power supply must be removed in order to service the CPU. Any suggestions for a heat-pipe type CPU cooler that would fit in there?

Specs:
Coolermaster Elite 330 case
Thermaltake 80mm Silent Boost cooler
Coolermaster 500w power supply

I installed a Thermaltake Big Typhoon in my other box (A7V333 mobo). It fit like a champ and made a HUGE difference in CPU temps.

Thanks in advance.
