Where In Device Manager, please?
Under Mice and Other Pointing Devices there are two things:
Microsoft PS/2 Port Mouse (Intellipoint)
Microsoft USB Wireless Mouse (Intellipoint)

Then, under Universal Serial BUS Controllers there is a long list, including at the bottom of the list:
USB Root Hub (listed 5 x)

So under which category? Mice or Universal Serial BUS Controllers?
