Re: Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000
Hi Dai,
No. The mouse comes with appropriate flat adapter that fits into PS/2 Port just fine. I don't need an adapter.
It worked upon initial installation. Next time I turned computer on, I got a message giving me 3 choices:
-Install drivers (obviously couldn't find them)
-Ask Me Again Later
-Don't Ask Me Again
I chose "Don't Ask Again" b/c I had ALREADY installed drivers from disc.
That's when the mouse went dead.
Then I went into diagnostics, menus upon menus...lost in a world of menus and not knowing what to do. One help screen said I had to delete the initial mouse software; so I tried that and then re-installed and got NO MOUSE WHATSOEVER!
Another Help Screen suggested I plug it into a different port. So I REINSTALLED and then plugged it into a different port and it worked.
So now, I turn on the computer this morning and GUESS WHAT? I get the same error message with the three choices. Oh goody. I get to remember what I did wrong again.
Sorry for the dripping sarcasm, but I shouldn't be having this problem. This is a VISTA problem. Yes? Any suggestions?
