Thank you so much for all your help when you should be out having fun!! That is exactly what I am going to do now as my shift is finished, but I will get back to this tomorrow evening to check I have all the security features running and to go over the additional info you have posted.

We already have a firewall (not sure which one) plus;
AVG free
Spybot search and destroy
Ad-Aware
IE Spyad and Spyware blaster were installed as part of steps 1-5 before I contacted you.

FYI, it would have been helpful if it had said at the start of steps 1-5 that I should be working from Internet Explorer, I always use Firefox but a lot of the links and downloads wouldn't work from there so I had to keep restarting things in IE. Also, steps 1-5 mention updating to IE6, but we're on IE7 now. I got a little confused at this and wondered if I should still be following the steps. Would help if that was clarified.

Minor points I'm sure, and again I realllllllly reallllllllllllllly realllllllllllllllllly appreciate your help tonight getting this all sorted out and for the additional cleanup checks!!! We are definately resolved, and the fireworks are starting so I'm off now!
