IE-Spyad is for IE.

I use Firefox a lot, but I also use IE-Spyad. It uses little in the way of system resources, and is there for the times you have to use IE.

Whether you install it or not is up to you.

There is something for Firefox called Cookie Safe, though I've not used it.
