It has to be either the power supply or the motherboard. If you have a best buy or a staples nearby, get a decent power supply, because you will need a bigger and better one anyhow with that video card. If that fixes it, you won't have to replace the motherboard, but if not, then you have to redo the motherboard anyhow.
