also on reboot,

winpatrol has detected a change in a monitored file. file name is HOSTS
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.

it is asking me to accept or recect the change.

not sure if this is one of the changes that you have made with the help you have given me, so i have yet to accept it.
