Thank You for the response. I am not very computer save I am unsure what the domain is or even how to check it. I can't get pased the login screen. I have typed in my user names and pass wordsbut it still will not let log me on. I have nothing on my screeen but the login section. I don't mean to souind dumb but I am still learning how to operate this system.
The last time I logged on everything was fine but this time it will not let me go passed the login screen. I have no other computers or switches pluged into or on the laptop. My laptop is a compaq presario 1230. It has not been on line in about 1 month could I have picked up a virus that is preventing me from logging on.
I am at a loss to explain what happened out It guy at work said something about having to reload the entire program but the disk I have doen't work when I put it in the cd rom. I am hoping this extra info will help in getting me back on line and to understand how to run my system. Thank You for any additional help that you night be able to give.
