30% of extrem religious Americans are functional retards.

I think we need to rethink our voter eligibility laws.
Well first, I have lived within 5 miles of I-35 (in two different states) my entire life, and am the straightest man you've ever seen. There have been a few times in my life when I have traveled to far away and exotic places, and, while the idea of spending a romantic evening with another man at a Broadway Musical has tempted me somewhat, I've never succumbed to that temptation, thank God.

The Power of I-35.

Although, I did watch an episode of "Will & Grace" in a Motel 6 in Cleveland, but I hardly think that counts as crossing the line.

On a more serious note, while it would be a good thing to at least consider preventing functionally retarded people from voting, it would be a much better idea to find some way to prevent them from breeding.

Someday, I intend to run for Political Office on this platform. My idea is to establish a Government Program that offers a $2000 cash reward for any adult male to have a vascectomy. Those that might be impulsive and short-sighted enough to volunteer for this program would also be the very same demographic group that needs their breeding curtailed. And the cost-benefit for this program would be extraordinary when balancing the relatively cheap cost of $2000 (+ cost of the surgery) compared to the benefit in terms of reduced crime rate, reduced demand on the justice system, reduced load on the welfare system and also reduce the glut of under-skilled, under-educated and under-employed citizens.

Multiply all of that times the 14-year breeding cycle, and the benefits would be exponential over a 50 year period.
