Hi, welcome to TSF.
If you're lucky only the print/chips in the enclosure's interface are gone.
Do you have a desktop PC? If so - take the hard drive out of the enclosure.
With the PC unplugged from the wall > take the data cable from the CD drive and connect it to the HDD to see if it works at all.
If the drive is OK you might want to get a new, empty drive enclosure.
