Sometimes there are pop-ups which are labelled on the top, Windows Installer and has something to do with Microsoft Frontpage.

And especially after using Adobe Photoshop CS, my Internet Explorer goes crazy, i.e. there is a toolbar which appears and when I try to change tabs it is removed and comes back (lots of times) before the page is not moving. But when I try to close a tab/open a new tab, the whole page just goes up and down continuously and is only stable when I switch to another window.
