When I say make and model, I actually mean the make and model Westell and Linksys make lots of products, not to mention Dell.

I looked at the diagram, but it's not clear that your solution will solve the problem. Since you have a wireless issue, how does changing to a different wireless connection solve the problem? Is it not possible to run a wire? Have you tried resolving the wireless connection issue?
