I've pulled it and placed it back into place, and it still gives me the same problem, but the paste might be the problem, I've just never really put too much importance to it before. I bought the top of the line, back when I made it.
But is there something else that might be affecting it. I re-set the heatsink when I was cleaning it out with an air can... and it helped, but not enough to cure the problem.
