Hello and welcome to the TSF, sounds like the cpu heat sink shifted in the move, you should remove the heat sink and clean off the old thermal paste and reapply some new....see the link below on thermal paste, the bottom of the artical links to the AS5 website with instructions on how to apply if you need it.
