Onboard Network Card (Code 10)

I built my desktop less than a year ago. Initially there were no problems. At one point however, my onboard wired network card obtained a Code 10 error. I bought a wireless card until I could fix the error. I never really did solve the error, but it went away when I installed a new HP printer (Photosmart C3180 All-in-one). The other day, the error came back, immediately after inserting (before installing the software) a new LG Super Multi Combo Drive (GSA H62N). I am looking for help getting the Code 10 alleviated.

The model of the motherboard is: DP65LT by Intel w/ 82566DC Gigabit Gigabit Network Connection

The DVD Drive also has an issue. I cannot Explore CDs or DVDs.

Thanks.
