MY computer iis less than a month old, I'm running Vista and have the same problem, when I contacted my ISP they said that my band width was way off the charts, they came and checked my lines and said they were fine....OK, so I took the computer in to the shop.....no problems found, well the only thing Ive put on this machine since I got the darn thing is CA securtity suite 2007, going to unistall it and try something else.
