Wow, we've made great progress.

Open HijackThis and click on 'Do a System Scan Only'. 'Check' the following entries:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: mljjh - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljjh.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: opnnlll - opnnlll.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: sstqn - C:\WINDOWS\

Click 'Fix Checked' and close HijackThis.

How is the system behaving now?
