Cry A mess with ads and popups

I have been having a problem for at least a week.
Popups, especially suspicious security programs.
I've run Ad Aware, Registry Smart and PC tools
I ran SpyNoMore and it said I got rid of everything but Vundo
Supposedly got rid of it with VundoFix (I think that's the name.)
I'm still getting ads but at least none from security programs.
I've downloaded the newest version of HiJack this.
The following is the Log file
