During a server upgrade this morning, some posts were lost and yours was one of them. I had seen your main.txt and extra.txt before the post was lost and aside from the numerous amount of infected files on your system, I also noted that you still had not installed an Anti Virus. This is a crucial step or we are both wasting out time.

New instructions...in the order given please.

This will require more than one round to properly eradicate. Please stay with me until given the 'all clear' even if symptoms seemingly abate.


Please copy this page to Notepad and save to your desktop for reference as you will not have any browsers open while you are carrying out portions of these instructions.

It's IMPORTANT to carry out the instructions in the sequence listed below.

Download Combofix and save it to your desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

1. Disconnect from the internet.

2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

• When finished, it will produce a report for you.
• Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a new HijackThis log so we can continue cleaning the system.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall

After you post the C:\ComboFix.txt and new HijackThis log, while you're waiting for my next fix, please follow the instructions in my previous post for installing that AV--it's free.

Run the full scan with Avira and post those results when ready.
