No can do.

The whole point of a router is to share a single public IP address, that being the 82.158.223.x address in question. To do that, the router uses NAT (Network Address Translation) and translates the address to a 192.168.0.x address. This allows multiple computers to connect to the Internet using the single public IP address.

Also, if you had checked the Tech Support Forum Rules & Conduct, you'll see we provide no support for P2P applications here.
