Thanks.. That explains allot...But as far as failed WU's due to over clocking my system is pretty stable and below is the screenshot of my temps.. Or is it the program does not like overclocked cpus?

Well I can turn her down back to 3 ghz should still throw em out..

But going to start it out as well on my new quad machine...The AMD 6000+ is what is turning em around now.
