Hi there,

Last night I was accessing everything I wanted without any problems. I closed all programs and left the computer running overnight (I don't do this very often). This morning I went to use the Internet and it didn't appear to be working. These are the steps I've tried:

I reboot my computer, still nothing
I reboot My Siemens 4200 DSL Modem, still nothing
I rang my provider (Telstra BigPond Aust.)
We disabled all antivirus and firewall programs and still no change
I was able to visit a few websites
- www.bigpond.com.au
- www.telstra.com.au
But not others...
- www.google.com.au
My email would send/receive without any problem.
Other web programs such as Magic the Gathering Online and Fulltilt Poker did not work
I rang Microsoft who reset IE and had no other ideas (without me paying)

I'm kind of at a loss now as to how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
