My dell had been working fine, but the last 2 days, it had been getting slower and slower...then last night, it just shut off on me....I turned it back on, and it sent me to a light blue screen saying autock program not found...skippin autocheck

then it takes me to a blue screen that says....

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down

From there I can't do anything except turn the laptop off, any ideas?
