From that page, I'd use his procedure, only do the looking for
Toshiba. I suspect the Class subkey will be different for a Toshiba.

If you do repeated searches for "belkin" in the registry you'll probably
find a similar key. (Doing a search for "wep" MAY take you straight to it.)
It contains a number of name/value pairs, among them are NetworkType, SSID
and WEP (the wep key).
Anyway, the modification is to add full access for "Users", and let this be
inherited by all the name/value pairs in the key.
