I'm running an HP Laptop, and I turn it on today to find out that nothing but a black screens comes on. I hear things humming, so I feel it's working and not the battery, but the whole screen is black. There is no other sounds whatsoever, and usually I'll hear Vista starting up. But, there is nothing but this black screen. I've tried turning it on and off to no avail. Any suggestions?
