Also... that PSU ran fine (with the 8800GTS installed BTW) on my old machine... that has 3gigs and a AMD dual core CPU with two DVD ROMS and other peripherals running so I dont think its the PSU thats causing the random shut downs. But who knows.. it could be.. prove me wrong!! :D

NOTE - It's shutting down. Usually when I had PSU problems in the past with lack of voltage to my system it would RESTART. My issue is that it's randomly shutting down only after 5-20 sec of operation... depends on how long it's been running for. That's why I think it's a overheating issue cause if its warmed up it will shut down faster. Just common sense coming into play there, but then again I could be wrong.
