No-Adware may be a rogue antispyware program. It has been listed on the SpywareWarrior Rogue Antispyware List. More can be found at Wikipedia.

You should scan your system with some other anti-spyware tools, such as Windows Defender (in my signature below). If you believe your system is actually infected follow the 5 steps in my signature.
