The reason for the small text is that IE7 defaults to "Shrink to fit". The short term solution is to go first to "Print Preview". then select "100%" and print (hopefully selecting the correct orientation!). This apparently is another "improvement" to avoid the clipping of the right edge of documents....

My permanent solution is to use Firefox.
