Please run Deckard's System Scanner once again, this time using these instructions (this assumes dss.exe is on your desktop as previously instructed):
Click the Windows 'Start' button > Select 'Run' - then copy/paste this into the run box & click OK
"%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /config
Uncheck
Temp CleanUp
Click Scan!
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.
