Thanks for the suggestions but I'm afraid I have no luck.

In device manager I am unable to see any ATI or Display Adapter. In the "Other Devices" area I do see a VGA Controller(VGA Compatable) but deleting this then rebooting in VGA mode and trying to install the card has the same exact two prompts.

I cant find any evidence of the card on my computer, nothing that says ATI.
